Description:

This forth work package deals with the creation of teaching material hypertext based in order to support theoretical and practical multi-disciplinary learning. This is the overall objective of this work package.

The Work Package aims to achieve the following results:

  • Design and development of didactic material to support theoretical and practical lessons and to be done on site by local skilled teachers;
  • Design and development of a digital library with all the digital teaching materials (e.g. hypertexts, video, etc.) that introduces and supports systemic and multi-dimensional approach in Environmental risk assessment and mitigation on Cultural Heritage assets and offer a platform for flipped classrooms and personalized learning.

Tasks:

Task 4.1 Development of a digital library about theoretical contents

A digital library will be developed in English Language. The digital library will be based on the previously designed theoretical courses and could be used as a multi-disciplinary course to introduce the practical lessons to be done in each University where the Master in Environment risk assessment and mitigation on Cultural Heritage will be activated. It could be also used as a platform for personalized and flipped learning for different disciplinary courses or to integrate existing curricula. The design of the digital library will require the definition of the storyboard of different lectures and the development of drawing, animations, video and schemes. The digital library will be sized in all the theoretical lessons planned in WP3 for each course. The final products will be reviewed. The digital library will be produced with contributions from different partners and subcontracting the post-production phase and graphical assessment.

Task 4.2 Development of practical trainings for each theoretical course

Basing on theoretical courses specific practice lessons will be planned and ad-hoc material (notes, textbooks, manuals, best practices) will be produced and based on the hypertext format to support practical application of theoretical concepts. Test field will be individuated in each Partner Countries and complete examples will be developed to show how to use the theoretical principles.

Task 4.3 Laboratories implementation

The Laboratories conceived to support practical training will be realized in each of the Partner Countries by acquiring the hardware and software as planned in Task 3.4. Each involved University will provide ad-hoc space and technical personnel able to manage hardware and software installation and maintenance as co-funding of the project.

Deliverables:

D4.1 Development of a digital library on theoretical contents of the Master In Cultural Heritage Conservation
D4.2 Integration of the digital library with the materials needed for practical courses
D4.3 Quality and performance assessment of the implemented Laboratories
